For certain projects, we may be able to offer a payment plan to help spread the cost. No credit checks are required to set up the payment plan, and you can chose two different ways to pay. Payment plans must be discussed BEFORE booking in any dates, and it is at the discretion of your engineer for the project to accept payment via a payment plan.
The cost of the project can be split in to three monthly payments or six monthly payments for albums or premium singles/EPs. Deposits are required upfront for the studio time, at £79 per day. The outstanding amount is paid directly to your engineer and it is their name that will appear on the payment plan, and your bank/card statements, when payments are collected.
DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT PLAN

A 2% service fee is added to cover the cost of administering the payment plan. For example, if you booked the EP Package Deal for £799, you would pay a deposit of £237 upfront leaving £562 to pay. This could be split over three months at £191.42 (including the 2% service fee) with the final total paid being £811.26. The service fee is only added to the outstanding balance, not the deposit.
PAYPAL PAYMENT PLAN

A 5% service fee is added to cover the cost of administering the payment plan. For example, if you booked the Album Package Deal for £2499, you would pay a deposit of £632 upfront leaving £1867 to pay. This could be split over six months at £317.39 (including the 5% service fee) with the final total paid being £2536.34. The service fee is only added to the outstanding balance, not the deposit.
The first payment of the payment plan will be set up to be taken on the first day of the project and then on that same date every month until the payment plan is complete. The plan will automatically stop taking payments once the total has been paid, so you don't need to worry about over paying.
It is important that you set up the payment plan, via the link we send you, as soon as possible. If the payment plan has not been set up by at least five (5) prior to the first day of the project, we will delay your project start date until the payment plan has been set up. Failure to set up the payment plan may result in a new deposit being required and you may lose the dates you initially booked.
RECORDING TIME & PROJECT COMPLETION
Once the deposits have been paid, and the payment has been set up, the project can start. We will work on your project as normal in the studio, and start the mixing process as we would for any other project. The only difference is that, until the payment plan has been completed, we will only upload 128kbps mp3 files, rather than the usual "lossless" 320kbps, for the review process. This does mean that the project can move on all the way towards the final mastering process before the payment plan is complete. Once that last payment has been made and has cleared, the project will be mastered and you'll get your fully mastered 320kbps mp3s and 24bit true lossless WAV files.
BOUNCED, FAILED, OR MISSED PAYMENTS
If a payment bounces or fails, you will have seven (7) days to replace that payment. You can make the payment manually via PayPal, or ask us to re-try the Direct Debit (if you're on Direct Debit) or pay directly via a bank transfer (ask your engineer for these details). If you do not replace the bounced or failed payment within seven (7) days, your project will be cancelled and you will have to pay a reinstatement fee to get the project moving again. This fee varies per project, is at the discretion of your engineer, and will have to be made with cleared funds only (cash to your engineer or a direct bank transfer). If no payment is made with fourteen (14) days of the bounced or failed payment, your project will be permanently deleted and the outstanding balance will be immediately passed to a collection agency who may apply additional fees and/or start legal proceedings to recover any outstanding amount.
